Choose Your Summer Learning Path

Asynchronous Summer School

Asynchronous courses focus on building life, wellness, and financial literacy skills.

Available Courses

• Physical Education (0.5 credit)
• Health (0.5 credit)
• Personal Finance (0.5 credit)

Students work independently, with teacher support available throughout the summer upon request. Some courses may require a brief orientation meeting.

Independent Courses through Edmentum

Independent study summer courses offer flexible, student-driven learning opportunities to earn credits needed for high school graduation. Completing these courses over the summer allows students to stay focused on their live, teacher-led classes during the school year.

Program Expectations & Requirements

Participation in summer school requires consistent engagement and communication.

Student Expectations

• Dedicate a minimum of 10 hours per week to coursework
• Make steady progress and complete assignments in a timely manner
• Meet with your mentor at least once per week
• Maintain regular communication with ISWI staff

Enrollment is limited. Students who do not log in and begin coursework within two weeks of the start date, or who do not meet program expectations, may be removed from the program.
